  • Answer:

Written communication is an important aspect of work and business. Both employees and executives must be able to clearly write letters, memos, and reports so that the company staff understands the message without confusion. In the CCS workplace, practitioners write reports of every customer call they have encountered. This is very important so that a record of customer inquiries, questions, and complaints be recorded and be a reference for the next agent the customer will talk to. As previously discussed, written communication is used for formal and business transactions. As future CCS practitioners, you must build your skills in writing by mastering spelling, organization, paragraphing, transition markers, punctuation, sentence construction, and jargon.
